Plain-language summary, not reviewed by a lawyer yet. The final privacy policy and terms of service land before the service opens for payment; this page tells you how the product behaves today.
Privacy
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, password) and, for each workspace, the business data you enter — services, staff, schedules, appointments, and the contact details your own customers give you when they book.
What we use it for
Running the service: showing your booking pages, sending reminders and verification emails, and billing you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' contact details to market anything of ours to them.
How your data is separated
Every workspace gets its own database. Another business on the platform cannot reach your records even in the event of a query bug, because the data is not in the same place to begin with.
How long we keep it
For as long as your workspace is open, and for a short window afterwards so an accidental cancellation can be undone. After that the workspace database is deleted.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Saudi PDPL rights are respected for you and for the customers whose details you hold; write to us and we will act on it.
Who else is involved
A small number of processors we depend on — hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery and payment processing. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes above.
Terms of service
Your account
One person is responsible for each account. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them.
Billing
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices exclude VAT. You can change or cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to store data you have no right to hold, or to interfere with the service for anyone else.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously, and we will tell you about planned maintenance in advance. We do not yet publish a contractual uptime guarantee.
Ending the agreement
You can close your workspace whenever you like. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of acceptable use, and we will tell you why.
